” I think that the aura of the singing Iceman is clearly established in BLOCKFUL 6IX. The devious simplicity of the application of the oils and the remarkable handling of the palette  knife create a suffocating effect. The “smoke” of this painting conveys the experience of the song -apparently tears(&laughter) were in abundance at the live event and aim guides the trickling tears of the Iceman with an innocence and vulnerability that makes the viewer also reach the verge of tears(& sometimes hysterical giggling, as observed in one gallery recently-incidentally,I think I saw Anthony irvine there himself!).”[Kafe Smictiric-art critic]

"As an advocate of aim's Aesthetic Artistry, I feel that the sublime beauty of the Iceman's
gestures bring within the realm of discourse the remarkable handling of reverberating oils,
both through blasting brush-work and the Delphic use of the palette knife-there is a sense of
pulsating dynamite about to explode from The Iceman's lungs. These four paintings record The
Iceman singing. I never myself had the privilege of hearing The Iceman singing live but it is
told that the audience collectively shivered in a hypnotised trance. In these paintings, the
textures almost have an audio effect-you can hear them!" [Kafe Smictiric-art critic]
